If you’re looking to change your life, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, in my opinion, is the best book by Joe Dispenza and is a great place to start. and "What the BLEEP Down the Rabbit Hole" as well as several documentary films: "Heal," "What IF - the Movie," "E-Motion," "Sacred Journey of the Heart," "The People vs The State of Illusion," "Unleashing Creativity," where scientific and medical professionals explain the latest information of neuroscience, biochemistry, psychology, quantum physics, sociology, and consciousness theory. Once you have properly changed your brain waves and moved deep into your subconscious mind, you will be personally guided to move beyond your 'old self' and create a 'new' self and a new life! Meditations 1 + 2 represent a four-week program and Meditations 3 + 4 represent a four-week program. My mom suggested I listen to this because I was in a down place focusing on negative things and let it consume me.
There are several events that happened in my life which seem miraculous that I now understand I brought them to fruition through my thoughts and unwavering belief in what the outcome would be. Dr Joe has lectured in more than 24 different countries, on six continents, educating people about the functions of the human brain. As I wasn't sure if the meditation kept going or not, I opened my eyes and realized that it skipped to meditation two. Focus on your intended future outcome and plan your actions to have clarity and focus in the present to experience your desired future.You are only limited by the questions you ask, the knowledge you embrace, and your ability to keep an open mind and heart. This is what helped me through cancer, but I just dived straight into the meditations from this and his other book.

The author is busy showing off his knowledge and this causes the reader(listener) to have to SWIM through the information to find the needed text to actually help you break the habit of being yourself.
People prayed for a list of people's names who were in the hospital; however, these individuals had been in the hospital 10-15 years prior to the prayers. Not all my habits are ones I want to break, but I would say this whole concept flirts with the 12 steps program philosophy. There's a few good ideas for meditation practices, somewhere in there, but so much of this book is fluff and nonsense.Tell us why you liked or disliked the book; using examples and comparisons is a great way to do this. He’s hoping that he has beaten you into such a stupor regarding the average persons understanding that he can then slip this past you. Well thought-out and produced, with soothing music that doesn't summon up any emotional states, this CD set gives you a structure in which to work.

Initial distrust occurred during the start when it referenced a study about current-time thought/prayer/mediation affecting past events. Most of all I heard promise of it’s strong persuasive reasoning to get me to meditate in a more dedicated fashion. His postgraduate training covered neurology, neuroscience, brain function and chemistry, cellular biology, memory formation, and aging and longevity.
