You have to make sure the game supports two players, then if the second player (when it’s that player’s turn) uses the player one controller or the player two controller. I suppose that is a nice and clean/professional way to add it, but then you have to open up your system anytime you want access to the port. My cable has 4 wires: I assume Green is D- and White is D+, and in which hole does the black GND cable go? The console resembles a smaller version of the Atari 7800,   and its controllers are also smaller versions of the 7800's joystick controllers, but with the addition of "pause" and "select" buttons.
Most of the games are classics that were previously released for the 2600, although some Flashback consoles include previously unreleased prototype games as well. Here's an idea- if you want to do one that badly, and for a product like this, why not ASK the guy who created it? To ensure this authenticity, Atari has engineered the tools and code of the original games for reproduction on modern chip technology. packaged with the 7800 in 1986, allow for two-player contests, and a power supply eliminates the need for batteries. This is not necessarily a bad thing, as it’s more friendly to what we’re used to these days than what we had in the past, which was much stiffer.ini file, make sure you have one as I accidentally pushed half-blank versions into my system multiple times and it would have been a big hassle if I did not have the clean version. Atari sold off Battlezone in their last bankruptcy filing so it won't be on this thing - problem 'solved'. a few title typos have crept in (Ex: Combat Two is spelled accurately onscreen, but as " Combat 2" in the manual). I do have a design for another Yars, but it is an innovation and has nothing to do with what is being portrayed here.
There are 29 games in the Flashback series that are not on those two that I would be currently missing. I am thankful for having a loving and patient wife who doesn’t mind my 40 hour a week obsession with gaming. Although the controllers use the same standard 9-pin D-sub connector, they're not compatible with any other systems that use them due to having a different pinout. Here is Pac-Man showing up on my console with no photo, but when I go to play it, it says "Please, exit to the menu before powering off".The same applies to Space Invaders if I remember correctly, because the arcade version's name is also hard coded, so any entry with "Space Invaders" will play the arcade version instead of the Atari version. The internal hardware is the same as the latest version of the Flashback 2 (so in other words, no improvements or corrections to the compatibility issues were done).
